Your Engagement Ambassador
Each team should have an Engagement Ambassador. Managers are recommended to nominate at least one per 40 staff members and per shift. The best candidates are non-supervisory, trusted by both managers and staff, and enthusiastic about inspiring their teammates to participate in engagement activities.
Confirm your current Ambassador or nominate a new Ambassador for the 2023-2024 survey year by Febrary 28, 2023:
Ambassadors and Managers work in partnership to facilitate survey participation and provide peer guidance with engagement action planning, supporting the co-creation of an environment where your team's engagement can thrive.
