    Engagement Action Labs
90-minute live sessions help you work with your team to share engagement survey results, explore challenges and opportunities, and create meaningful action plans. Supervisors and managers can sign up for these labs in the UC Learning Center, scheduled for June through September 2022.

    Your Engagement Ambassador

Manager looking ahead while ambassador works with team

Each team should have an Engagement Ambassador. Managers are recommended to nominate at least one per 40 staff members and per shift. The best candidates are non-supervisory, trusted by both managers and staff, and enthusiastic about inspiring their teammates to participate in engagement activities.

Ambassadors and Managers work in partnership to facilitate survey participation and provide peer guidance with engagement action planning, supporting the co-creation of an environment where your team's engagement can thrive.
