Ambassadors Ambassadors

Engagement Ambassadors facilitate increased survey participation, and through their efforts can create a significant increase in staff engagement by providing year-round peer guidance and support with survey action planning.

Quarterly Ambassadors' Summit provides space to check-in with the community, share best practices, give and receive feedback. The next Summit will be held in June 2021 and the invite will be sent out in late May.

Employee engagement goes beyond taking the Gallup survey. In fact, the survey is our opportunity to measure how we are doing throughout the entire year.  Staff Engagement Ambassadors help people care about employee engagementhelp manage the Gallup Q12 Survey, and any action plans as a result.

UCSF Staff Engagement Ambassadors Mentoring Program

Mentoring Program

All Ambassadors have the opportunity to participate in the bi-annual peer-to-peer Ambassador Mentoring Program.

The UCSF L&OD Mentoring Program is available to all UCSF employees, and is currently being implemented by several teams to help employees continue to develop their skill set and learn and grow at UCSF.

This program is designed to help improve Employee Engagement, specifically related to
"I have had opportunities at work to learn and grow." (Gallup Q12)

The program includes several tools and online resources to help you administer a mentoring program within your department or team.
